ROLL AUDITS

Our experienced sales team can conduct roll audits at your request. In the audit we will analyze the Anilox volume, screen count, cell structure and overall condition of the roller. After the audit you will have the necessary information to decide on whether the Anilox needs to be repaired/ refurbished or a complete new Anilox must be purchased. The roll audit can also help determining and selecting the correct roller for a given job.
   
 
SCREEN SELECTION

The principle function of the Anilox is to pick up and deliver a specific amount of ink and transfer that ink onto the printing plate. Screen selection has become far more complex today. Our technical team is available to offer recommendation on screen selection. Please contact us for further information.
   
BANDED ROLLERS

If you prefer to check the results first using a trial roller we can offer Banded rollers to test the different screen counts and cell volumes. Banded rollers are Anilox rollers with several different engraving combinations to help determine the best combination for a required job. The roller can then be re- used as many times as necessary to achieve optimum results. We can offer up to 10 different engraving combinations on one single Banded Anilox rollers.
