Cheshire Engraving Services are often asked to recommend the best cleaning products, in order to assist our Customers we have developed a range of cleaning products used by the majority of printers in the industry.
Our gel cleaner, QUEENCLEAN™, can be left on the roller overnight to penetrate and loosen any dried ink without causing damage to the roller. It is then washed off with water and the ink removed using a stainless steel wire brush designed specifically for ceramics. This is a safe method and if used on a regular basis can prolong the life of your Anilox roller. QUEENCLEAN™ can be used with water, solvent and UV inks.
For water based ink applications, we have developed a cleaning powder, KINGLEAN™, which can be used with our brass or stainless steel brushes, designed for both chrome and ceramic Anilox respectively.
