Pyramidal
Engraved at 45 Degrees this screen is ideal for standard all round applications. Screens available up to 360L/in /140L/cm.

Quadrangular
Engraved at 45 Degrees like the pyramid the screen is used in a wide range of print disciplines however due to its straight walls and increased laid area this screen is favoured when using more viscous solutions.



Channel link
Engraved at 30 Degrees this screen is ideal for solid applications ensuring an even layout of ink. Generally used in the corrugated as it is a good all round screen and can cope with both solid and line work using the same specification.



Tri-helical
A continuous diagonal line engraved around the cylinder at 45 Degrees specifically designed for the application of viscous solutions such as glue and varnish. This specification offers an even lay down when requiring high coat weights.



Corrugated Board
Cheshire can offer a complete service to this market supplying chrome rollers; glue rollers and meter rollers up to 5 meters face long.
Our range of Channel Link screens can offer even solids without striations and an all-round specification for all different types of printing, ideal for corrugated board.
