Anilox Ceramic

Whilst the engraving of the Anilox roller is important the coatings play a crucial roll in its performance. Using the Triplex 3 Plasma Spraying System™ we can offer higher density ceramics, which ensures a repeatable cell shape and structure. We also offer a range of screens to suit your application:

Standard 60°

This is the industry Standard and has evolved to be the most versatile angle used for the majority of print conditions.

Easy Flow Link™
A screen specifically developed to prevent spitting when using UV inks.

Tri-helical

This screen is engraved as a continuous line around the roller at various angles from 30 to 60 ° . Its open structure allows for excellent ink release when using viscose solutions at high volumes, used widely in glue and lacquer applications.

Double Flow Helix™

A screen designed to apply heavy coatings ensuring a flat lay of solution, excellent for direct coat applications and opaque white.

Offset

Our experience of offset Anilox coating is vast successfully completing over 500 installations. We have the right specifications for :

- Gloss varnish
- Matt varnish
- Metallics and pearlescents

We also stock off the shelf bases for Heidelberg, Komori and Man Roland, so we can offer a rapid delivery. Cleaning of offset rollers is important so we can offer a complete cleaning service and take care of all your Anilox requirements.

Corrugated Market.

Cheshire can offer a complete service to this market supplying Anilox rollers, glue rollers and meter rollers. Rollers can be engraved up to 5 meters face.

Our range of Easy Flow screens can offer unformed solids without striations and an all round specification to undertake all types of printing, which is ideal for the corrugated market.

Flexible Packaging

This progressive market requires up to date technology to offer a wide range of screens for Anilox rollers and sleeves. We have made excellent progress with regard to opaque white applications, supplying a specific screen to offer a clean dense coating with a much-improved lay down.
